    A mobility class is a workout designed to improve flexibility, movement fluidity, and joint functionality. Unlike a simple stretching or yoga session, it combines multiple approaches to optimize range of motion and body coordination.

    What You Work on in a Mobility Class:

    ° Healthy Joints – Targeted exercises to lubricate and strengthen the joints (hips, shoulders, ankles, spine…).

    ° Range of Motion – Dynamic and static exercises to move more freely without restrictions.

    ° Neuromuscular Activation – Enhancing the brain-muscle connection for smoother and more efficient movements.

    ° Posture & Balance – Correcting imbalances and improving overall stability.

    ° Injury Prevention – A mobile body is a resilient body, helping to prevent tension and pain.
