What is Bungee Fitness?

Bungee Fitness is a fun activity with low impact on the joints. It combines dynamic movements, cardio and resistance, all attached to a bungee harness for a unique experience.

What are the benefits of Bungee Fitness?

Bungee Fitness strengthens muscles, improves flexibility, balance and coordination, and provides a cardiovascular workout without excessive stress on the joints. Therefore it is accessible to everyone, and it's super fun and can be challenging!

Our studio is the first one in Brussels to offer Bungee Fitness, and we have a total of 11 bungees. We have created six different Bungee classes, each one with a specificity.

Our

  • Bungee Start Me Up™️

    This is your first Bungee class. As we’re the first in Brussels, you’ll learn how to strap in and out as well as the basic moves in order to get the most out if it. Be ready to have fun!

  • Bungee I-Star™️

    This Bungee class is more focused on dance moves. Wether you want to perform Dirty Dancing or sway to the music, you’ll get a blast out of it!

  • Bungee Colocolo™️

    This Bungee class is more focused on boxing movement such as jabs, crosses, kicks, jump kicks, etc. Be ready to rumble and express the Rocky in you!

  • Bungee Zenzest™️

    This Bungee class is more focused on balance exercises, stretches, etc. Become more flexible until you can split like JCVD!

  • Bungee Hinnana™️

    This Bungee class is a typical TABATA class but in a bungee. Be ready to work out all your limbs and sparkle with your sweat!

  • Bungee Zunzun™️

    This Bungee class is more focused on aerial figures, jumps and amazing positions you wouldn’t be able to do without a bungee!
