  • Our studio is located near Place St Job and welcomes everyone.

    We have a reception space to relax, as well as a space to work if you need to finish something before or after your class.

    A cloakroom is available to get changed, with toilets and a sink to refresh yourself.

    We offer special slots for your events (birthdays/private parties and teambuilding) when the whole studio will be all yours.

    If you’re lucky you’ll be able to relax in our nice yard in our beautiful and sunny country ;-). And if you’re not you will still enjoy the view while you workout.

  • By downloading the Bsport app you can register with your data, look for Ao Studio and book the classes that interest you.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    To avoid losing a course on your pack, we ask you to unsubscribe from the reserved course at least 12 hours in advance. The necessary must be done by the application. After this period, the course will be counted on your pack. For subscriptions we tolerate up to two late unsubscriptions. After this point, you will no longer be able to reserve classes for a week.

  • Is Bungee Fitness suitable for all fitness levels?

    Absolutely! Bungee Fitness is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experts, from non-athletes to experienced athletes. Instructors adjust exercises according to individual abilities to ensure a safe and effective experience.

    Are there any age restrictions for participating in a bungee class?

    Nope ! Everyone is welcome from 4 to 104 years old (or more!). However, it is always recommended to consult a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially for people with pre-existing health conditions (see our health questions form).

    Is there a weight limit for Bungee Fitness?

    Our hooks support up to 500 kilos. But with movement and kinetic energy we do not accept people weighing more than 160 kilos.

    Do I need to bring my own equipment?

    No, all necessary equipment, including bungee harnesses, is provided. We work with the certified Bungee Super Fly brand. The equipment has been designed and tested specifically for this sport. This is the best quality equipment that can be found on the market. All you need to do is bring comfortable clothing (leggings or cycling shorts – the bottom should be fitted and not baggy) and sneakers. It is advisable to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated and a towel to wipe up any drops of positive energy!

    Are there trial classes available for Bungee?

    We offer the ‘Discovery Bungee’ pack to allow new participants to discover the excitement of Bungee Fitness. This pack allows you to familiarize yourself with this new sport and gives you the right to three lessons. If you have a subscription, Bungee Fitness classes are included.

    Which Bungee class should I sign up for the first time?

    We ask all participants to sign up for the ‘Bungee Start Me Up’ course to get started. This course is intended for anyone who has never done one, to know how to put on the harness, how to hang on and how to move with the bungee.

    What can I expect from my first Bungee Fitness session?

    Expect an energetic, fun and stimulating session! The instructors will help you adapt to the bungee harness and guide you through a session full of varied exercises.

    What makes Bungee Fitness different from other forms of exercise?

    The Bungee Fitness adds a dimension of fun, pleasure and weightlessness to training. The resistance of the bungee allows for unique aerial movements, creating a dynamic and motivating experience.

    How long is a typical Bungee Fitness session?

    Bungee Fitness sessions generally last 45 minutes but plan an hour because you have to put on the harnesses, strap in and unbuckle. This duration offers a perfect balance between intensity and pleasure.

    Is Bungee Fitness suitable for people with back, joint, knee problems, etc.?

    It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before participating. But Bungee Fitness is often recommended for those with these problems, because it reduces pressure on the spine and the impact on the joints is very low.

    Are there any thematic sessions or special events?

    Absolutely! We regularly organize thematic sessions to add a dose of creativity to training. Stay tuned for our special events for unique experiences!

    Are the results of Bungee Fitness visible quickly?

    Results vary from person to person, but with regular participation, many of our participants report improved strength, flexibility, and increased energy within a few weeks.

    Does Bungee Fitness help you lose weight?

    Yes it can, Bungee Fitness combines cardio and strength training, which can help with weight loss. However, it is essential to maintain a balanced diet for optimal results.

    Is Bungee Fitness suitable for pregnant women?

    Although Bungee Fitness is generally considered safe, it is not advised for pregnant women to practise this sport due to the pressure of the harness on the hips.

    It is recommended to eat lightly about an hour before the session to have enough energy. Avoid heavy meals to avoid discomfort during training.
